Kathrine- jolene’s daughter
Joey- kathrines best friend
Lydia- the mean girl
Jason- the pretty boy/lydias boyfriend
Setting is at school
Kathrine: It’s the last day of school
Joey: I know I definitely won’t miss this school. Especially since what happened last year.
Kathrine: Yeah, just put it behind you though we are almost in high school and no one will even remember by then. Im sure of it.
(Lydia walk in the lunch room with Jason)
Lydia: Good morning freaks
(Kathrine just looks down in shame)
Lydia: awe don’t worry youll only get made fun of all day no biggy
(Lydia smirks and goes ad finds her and Jason a table to sit at)
Jason: That wasn’t cool Lydia
Lydia: I don’t care I don’t like her
Jason: well it’s still unnecessary for you to do that to her. She did nothing to you.
(The bell rings to go to first period)
Joey: don’t worry about her. Shes just jealous of you
( first – fourth period go by and now its lunch time)
Kathrine: hey joey what table do you want to sit at
Joey: I don’t care
Kathrine: ok lets go sit at the corner table.
Joey: ok
(joey and Kathrine go sit at the table when Lydia and Jason walk up to them)
Lydia: lets go embarrass them Jason
Jason: I don’t think that’s such a good idea
Lydia: why not. Its fun
Jason: no its not its wrong. No one should be treated like that. To be honest Lydia you rso mean to people and I just cant be with someone like that.
Lydia: are you breaking up with me?
Jason: yes an dim going to sit with Kathrine and joey. And your not welcome
(Lydia runs to the bathroom crying)
(Its now the end of the day and everyone is outside waiting for a ride home)
Mrs. Jolene: bus 422 load up. Its time to go home
Kathrine: hey mom can you give joey and Jason a ride home from school?
Mrs. Jolene: Yes sweetie. Let me finish getting everyone gone and then we will leave.
Kathrine: okay thank you
Jason: yeah thank you mrs. Jolene
Joey: Thank you
(Mrs. Jolene gives them a ride home and Jason come over to hang out with Kathrine)
Kathrine: so why did you want to come over? I thought you hated me
Jason: no it was all Lydia and I should have noticed it earlier. Im so sorry
Kathrine: Its ok I guess
Jason: okay good. I never meant to hurt you but I was honestly so scared of Lydia that I almost wet myself when I broke up with her.
Kathrine: oh really?
Jason: yeah
Kathrine: well that was amazing what you did today. But anyways since its summer now you want to go swimming?
Jason: yeah I would love to.
Kathrine: well alright lets go!
(Jason and Kathrine are now at the pool where they see Lydia)
Lydia: what are you doing here with that thing?
Jason: im here having a good time. And by the way that thing has a name and her name is Kathrine.
(Lydia walked away and her face was blood red)
Jason: lets get out of here. I don’t want her around you.
Kathrine: ok I think im just going to go home I have to pack for Mississippi anyways. I leave tomorrow. Bye Jason
Jason: oh ok bye. I had fun
(Kathrine walks away with a sweet smile)
(it’s the next day and Kathrine is leaving for rmississippi)
Kathrine: hey mom ill miss you while im gone.
Mrs. Jolene: awe ill miss you too baby
(they get to the airport and unpack there stuff. When the walk in Kathrine sees Jason standing there)
Kathrine: hey Jason. I didn’t expect to see you here.
Jason: yeah I just came to say sorry about yesterday. Heres a note open it on the plane and ill see you when you get back.
(Jason gave Kathrine a hug and disappeared)
( as soon as Kathrine was on the plane she opened the note. It read “I like you a lot and I have for a while I hope you feel the same way. If you don’t I understand. Ill see you when you get home. Ill miss you. Have fun. Your friend, Jason”)
When kathrine got back Jason asked her to be his girlfriend and she said yes. They later went on to high school and lived a happy life.
