On the first week of art, Mrs. Wilson showed us a site called voki where you could make a little avatar and make it say stuff. I was very happy that we could do this little project. I immediately had an idea in my head and scrolled right to dogs.
I scrolled thought the list of dogs and found a pug which is one of my most favorite animals. I have always wanted a pug named Waffles, so I decided to name the pug Waffles. I scrolled through the backgrounds and found outer space and it was time to make him talk.
I went through and typed what I wanted him to say. I made him say things like what my hobbies are and stuff about me and my family. I clicked play, but Waffles didn’t sound how I imagined a talking pug. I scrolled through accents and I found British (Simon). My voki was complete and I posted it yola.
I very much enjoyed doing this project. I think when presenting that most all people liked my voki, including Mrs. Wilson. If we did another one of these projects, I would absolutely love doing it again.
Color wheels are used to see different colors and how they work together. The color wheel consists of the colors red, red orange, orange, yellow orange, yellow, yellow green, green, blue green, blue, blue violet, violet, and red violet. Millions of people use them in their everyday life. Artists can’t do their work without one. Color wheels are very useful and fun to make in spare time.
Colors were first used by cavemen in the Paleolithic age. The color wheel was invented by Sir Isaac Newton in 1706. One artist that used the color wheel was Leonardo da Vinci. He used it to make his examples of how the human body worked and grew. Color wheels are one of the most productive and learning-wise objects ever made.
Color wheels have advanced thought out the years. Different shades of the color have been discovered and used in tons of things. Different items have been used and invented because of the color wheel. Everything wouldn’t be the same without a color wheel
Lots of art classes do them at the beginning just like us. We made ones with pictures on the internet. I used pictures of things I like or want. Mine consisted of animals, plants, transportation, and even food. If you do one yourself, lots of people can learn about you.
If you were to make a color wheel yourself you can discover your own colors. From different shades of red, to dark shades of blue. Color wheels can help you decide what matches or goes together. It can help you pick out your clothing or making a painting. Color wheels are very helpful and will be used and remember by all.
He lived on the 3rd floor of a beach house near the shore. The time was about 10:00, He had a great view of the waves out of that small window. He rose from his surfer themed bed and got dressed for what he was prepared for his entire life. He went to the kitchen and grabbed some breakfast and headed to the deck.
It was sunny outside. Wind at perfect speed. He ate and went to the garage and got his surfboard. He was ready to win todays competition. He speeded down the hill to one of his favorite place in the world, Waikiki beach, Hawaii.
It was about 11:00 pm. He had his lucky surfboard hidden under the dock and dusted the sand off of the board. He walked down to the surf and put the board in the water. He paddled into the water looking at a huge wave. He stood up on the board and rode for quite a while. He knew that today was going to be great.
The time had flew and it was about 3:00. The competition trophy’s had been set on the pedestal. He went to the sandy area and stood in line for the roll call. He stood and waited till it was his first go. He caught a huge wave and surfed like never before.
The time was 6:50. He walked up to the surf shop and leaned against the wall. Surfboard in one hand, trophy in the other. He looked into the sky, all the pretty colors on the sky and a giant star in the middle. He watched as the beautiful sun and sky with it, submersed into the deep salty water. He looked up into the night sky with stars all around and wondered to himself “How many suns set into the water in the universe?”
This is my taxedo. It consists of 20 words that describe me. This is one of the most positive and helpful projects I have ever done. When I feel different from what I am, I look at all these words. This is and will be one of my best projects ever.
Some of my favorite words are Disney nerd, funny, and wild. Disney nerd really is one of my best features because I know just about everything Disney. Funny really describes me because I will blurt out random things like “chicken” or “”pesky bee and people will laugh, well occasionally. Wild is another I like because I love to explore and act like different animals or impersonate them. These are just a few words the describe me.
I think that these words are just a few things that describe me. This was a very artistic thing to do and many people should do one their self. It helps you feel up when you are down a happy when sad. These words describe me in a different way that I like. These are my features and I hope they don’t change.
Graffiti as a very interesting type of art. People get paint or spray paint and make different things like their names or different words. Many people do graffiti because they are bored. Another reason people do graffiti is because they know it’s illegal, so they can get adrenalin rush from escaping the cops. I think graffiti is cool and all, but if it’s illegal, I may not do it any time soon.
When making my graffiti wall in art, we used a site called postergen-graffiti wall. I made my name and all of the words and saved them to my computer. I choose different colors for all of them and cropped them. I then put them on a brick wall background and put the words on it and made the white surrounding the words transparent. Then I saved it and posted it to this site.
I thought to myself what words to use and I thought of all the things I enjoy. I chose funny because I love to make people smile and laugh. I chose artistic because I love to create. I chose wild because I am crazy and can’t be contained from happiness. I chose Disney nerd because I love Disney. I chose energized because I usually never and out of energy. And I chose dare devilish because I can never ride a skateboard, bike, or scooter without doing a trick.
Acrimboldo, an amazing artist that made art with other images. Some of his best work is food faces, animals, and other objects. Mrs. Wilson posted some pictures and our art class decided to make one. It took me a while to decide what foods I was going to use, but I decided to use my favorite foods!
I first choose my absolute favorite foods and worked my way down. I put them in different places and sometimes didn’t like where they were. I had to imagine facial features and upper body parts. I took me a while to put everything where it is now. This was a thinking project, but at the same time, it was great.
Hello world! I am Lyndon B Johnson, president of the United States of America. I have different social media pages that I believe everyone should follow. I post pictures of my ranch, family, an even the white house! I have so much fun on social media and so should you.
Before I became president of the United States of America, I worked as the vice president in the 1960’s. I became president because my best man, John F Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas. I now work in office and am having a great time. Every once and a while, I go down to my own ranch with my family and do regular rancher things.

I believe that every school should support school spirit. I believe that taking time form regular classes to support our school is a very neat idea. This shown that most students actually like to be part of their school.
Making t-shirts, jackets, hats, jerseys, and even socks would be a very nice idea. Supporting your school should be a thing that every student should do for their school. Everyone should show that they like the school they are presently enrolled in. I believe that this would fill the school environment with happiness and satisfaction.
Every school should be proud to wear their schools uniforms or logos on their shirt. I believe this would give everyone pride and un-doubtful thoughts about their school. This would fill the students with pride that they are in a school and they will grow up knowing that they went to an exciting, school spirited school.
Zentangle, a beautiful to make a collage of patterns. Our class started with a piece of paper with colors and shaving cream to make a beautiful background and we got onto Zentalngle.com and looked for different patterns. It was quite tricky at first, but luckily, we got practice sheets.
I had finished one fourth of the paper and I didn't want to finish, but then I saw some more beautiful and amazing patterns, so i kept going and going. I had my friends to keep me company while and amazing patterns to keep me even more happy. All of the patterns gave me energy and inspired to do more.
I finished the Zentangle and I felt relaxed. The patterns looked so amazing together. I took a picture and went to FotoFlexer.com. We put different effects and I chose one and it made the Zentangle look plastic. I thought it made it amazing and I hope you think the same.
A boy named Wilbur woke up one day and decided to do go on a safari in the African savannas. It was going to be like Kilimanjaro safaris at Disney world, but better. He sat down with his family to eat breakfast. “I am going on a little safari today dad” he said with a smile. “Just beware of dangerous animals outside” he responded. He cleaned up and walked to the door to put on his coat and hat. “Have a good day” his mother said to him. He smiled and opened the door and head outside his father’s research laboratory and took a deep breath.
“What if I get attacked by lions or hyenas?” he asked himself. He shivered with fear and thought if he should really do this. “What if I never see one of my favorite animals, an elephant?” he said to himself in fear. He then said to himself “What if I do see an elephant, or baby elephant!” He then put all of his gear in his pack and started walking in the tall grass they lay ahead of him.
He walked around until he found a good-sized oasis. “Boy I could use a drink” he said as he bend down on his knees and cupped his hands. He stuck his hands into the water and took a sip. He looked out into the oasis and the middle started to bubble. He didn’t mind the bubbling so he kept drinking. He soon saw that the dark shadow was moving slowly towards him. He swiftly hid behind a rock. He slowly moved his head out as he watched the shadow emerge from the water. He soon saw that it had a strange shaped head and was quite large. “A hippo!” Wilbur said as he reached into one of his pockets for his camera. He snapped a few shots and left because he knew that even though hippos seem calm, the can be very dangerous.
He walked into some more tall grass and soon popped out onto flat savanna and saw gazelles and zebras grassing and some hogs playing around. He thought to himself that it was paradise and could have stayed there forever. He sat down in the grass and took some picture until he heard a sudden call in the distance. He had heard that call before. He quickly listened to the call again and went to discover what it was. As he neared closer he saw that it was coming from something big and tall. They called out again, “A…elephant” he said slowly with excitement.
He walked slowly into some tall grass and laid down. He crawled quietly and slowly so the elephants wouldn’t be startled. He emerged from the tall grass near the elephants and quietly took out his binoculars and camera to examine the beautiful elephant. He then heard a higher pitched call and slowly stood up to see a baby elephant. He took a picture and crouched down again. He stayed there looking at the grazing elephants for an hour or two, and then soon decided that he should go home. He soon returned to the lab and told himself “I’m glad I trusted my instinct. I had a wonderful time!” He went inside and told his family about his adventurous safari and it went a little something like this…
Have you ever had the thought of the world coming to an end with everything all dirty? Have you ever driven on a road or gone to the beach and felt guilty for not picking up the trash beside you? It may be dirty and smelly, but you should pick it up, for the sake of mankind. We are ruining animals habitats, throwing tons of species into extinction. Lets stop pollution together.
One solution to keeping the earth alive is using solar energy and electric cars. Solar panels use sunlight to transfer light energy into electrical energy to power tons of things. Electric cars use energy to drive. By doing these two things, we can keep the air clean and breathable.
Another solution we can use is collection trash for the ocean and the beach. The beach is supposed to be a relaxing fun vacation spot, not a landfill. If we do this we can keep tons of marine and bird species away from eating trash such as seagulls, pelicans, sea turtles, dolphins and so much more.
There are lots of ways to help, bout one last, very important thing is cleaning public areas. Don't get me wrong, public areas will be dirty, but if we clean it up, it will at least be better than it was before. Don't you want visitors to appreciate your city and want to come back or even move in? Well lets make a change and keep the world green and healthy!
Are you stressed out and have nothing to do? Do you wish your imagination and problem solving would improve? What you should do is keep calm and improvise! Which means to stay calm and think of another plan.
Whenever you re in public, you should keep calm and improvise the most. As one of my favorite quotes says, "if plan A doesn't work, there are still 24 other letters in the alphabet". You should always improvise whenever or where ever you are. Especially at school.
When you are stuck, you should always try to improvise and think of another plan. There are tons and tons of things you could do. Use your brain right today! When the British developed the "Keep calm and carry on", they though of how to improvise for the event that had happened recently. That's improvision! If we do this, we can stay calm and be happy, so keep calm and improvise!
Spin the Chicken
1. Game equipment: 4 chicken game pieces, a game board, the chicken spinner, and chicken cards.
2. How to start: Pick your chicken and but it at the start which is at the farm. Spin the chicken spinner to move forward.
3. Object of the game: Make your way through the lands of the internet to the end, where you shall defeat the illuminati
4. Chicken cards: When you are to land on a space with a chicken on it, draw a card for the deck of chicken cards. There are 4 types of cards, move forward, backward, teleportation, and miss a turn.
5. Winning: The first person to the finish, is declared the hero of all chickens!
Thomas the pirate
(Scene sets on the ship the ss cephalopod in Sea of Japan around sunset)
Thomas: *Jumps down from the crow’s nest* Not a patch of land. *Makes his way to the stern* Keep on swabbing lads, we will find a place to pillage and settle
(Thomas walks to the captains quarters and looks at a map of the Sea of Japan)
Thomas: I just don’t get it! We were supposed to pass Kojima island yesterday…
1st mate Will: Sir, there seems to be a ship on the starboard bow!
*Thomas and Will run outside*
Thomas: *whispers quietly under his breath*It’s the East India trading co. *raises his voice* Alright you cockroaches, load the cannons on the starboard side! Hoist the colors! Were takin that ship down!
Lord Johnathan: *folds up telescope* that seems to be a bandage of pirates. Men, ready the cannons for we shall not let those dogs take down this company
(British ship raises the company flag)
Thomas: They have declared war! Ready the weapons!
(Ships both turn towards each other)
Thomas: prepare fire on my mark!
(Ships slow down and prepare fire side by side)
Thomas: FIRE! FIRE THE CANNONS!
Lord Johnathan: FIRE!
(Ships engage in an intense battle)
(British ship fires a cannonball near the starboard deck, knocking Thomas off the ship and losing his right arm)
Will: Man overboard! Cap is off the boat! Turn away!
(British continue fire as Will steers the ship around, making gaping holes in the Bulbous bow)
Lord Johnathon: Lessen the amount of fire, but continue the destruction of those pirates
(British fire more cannonballs and musket shots)
(A cannonball is fired at the hold, which held gunpowder, causing the ship to explode)
(The ss cephalopod sinks below the water)
(British men celebrate)
Lord Johnathan: Filthy pirates will never defeat the British
(A sudden enormous splash comes from the water as a ship emerges from the water
Thomas: *steering the helm* I may have taken some bad hits and now covered in barnacles and starfish, but I will never give up, till the day im sent to Davy Jones’ locker!
(The ship and the crew, both covered in echinoderms, barnacles, and coral. Thomas’s arm regrows into an octopus arm)
Thomas: Well what are you scurvy sea creatures waiting for? FIRE!
(The ship fires multiple shots at once and the East Indian trading co ship and it suddenly explodes)
Thomas: They say the sun never sets on the British Empire, not for long…
(Ship sails away into the last batch of sunlight)
